Ingredients

  • 120ml Cocoa Nibs–Infused The Macallan 12 (rich chocolatey base)
  • 60ml Bacardi 8 Rum (aged depth, hints of caramel/vanilla)
  • 60ml Banks 7 Rum (layered rum complexity, slight funk)
  • 45ml Cadello 88 (tiramisu-like vanilla & spice note)
  • 120ml Cold Brew Coffee (strong, smooth coffee backbone)
  • 30ml Marsala Secco (classic tiramisù wine note)
  • 20ml Nocciola Quaglia (hazelnut liqueur) (nutty sweetness)
  • 15ml Carob Molasses (earthy, bittersweet complexity)
  • 2–3 drops high-quality Vanilla Extract

Instructions

Step 1: Mix the base
  • Combine all ingredients in a chilled mixing jug. Stir to fully integrate the molasses.
  • Fine strain into your NitroPress DS canister.
Step 2: Charge the NitroPress
  • Charge the NitroPress.
Step 3: Shake it up
  • Shake the NitroPress for 5–10 seconds to activate the nitro infusion.
Step 4: Serve
  • Dispense directly into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
  • Allow the cascade effect to settle, like a nitro cold brew.
  • Dust lightly with cocoa powder (classic tiramisu touch).
