Nitro Hazelnut Mocha Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Instant coffee
  • 100ml Hot Water
  • 30ml Dark rum
  • 30ml Frangelico (hazelnut liqeur)
  • 250ml Cold whole milk
  • Chocolate Syrup
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

Step 1: Make the coffee base
  • Dissolve 2 tsp instant coffee in 100 ml hot water.
  • Let it cool to room temp (speed it up with a couple ice cubes, then strain).
Step 2: Mix the cocktail

Into a clean cannister, combine:

  • Cooled coffee
  • 30 ml Dark rum
  • 30 ml Frangelico
  • 250ml Cold whole milk
  • Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Shake gently to combine.

Step 3: Infuse with nitrogen

Shake vigorously for 30-60 seconds after charging to maximise infusion and foam quality

Step 4: Dispense
  • Hold the cannister vertically into your desired glass and pull the trigger to dispense
Step 5: Serve
  • Pour chocolate syrup around the inside of the glass and add ice
  • Dispense into a clear glass to highlight the cascading nitro effect
