This two-tone Nitro drink is a bold mix of flavor and color — sweet blueberry milk on the bottom, smooth nitro-charged matcha poured over the top. It’s fruity, earthy, and visually stunning in every layer. Perfect for café-level sipping at home.

Ingredients

Bottom Layer (Blueberry Milk):

150ml (5 fl oz) milk (oat, almond, or whole)

2 tbsp blueberry syrup (or 1 tbsp blueberry jam mixed with 1 tbsp hot water, strained)

Top Layer (Nitro Matcha)

300ml (10 fl oz) cold water

50ml (1.7 fl oz) milk (optional, for creaminess)

1 tsp matcha powder

1–2 tsp maple syrup or sugar (optional)

Instructions

Prepare the blueberry milk:
In a 500ml glass, stir together milk and blueberry syrup until smooth. Chill if needed.

Prepare the nitro matcha:
In the NitroPress, combine water, optional milk, matcha powder, and sweetener. Shake until fully dissolved.

Charge and shake:
Seal the NitroPress, charge, and shake gently for 5–10 seconds to infuse nitrogen.

Pour to layer:
Carefully pour the nitro matcha over the back of a spoon or directly onto the blueberry milk to create a layered effect.

Serve immediately.
No ice needed — enjoy the cascade and color blend.
